MHBC's Approach

Strategic Plans are both a process and a product. Developing long-term plans involves understanding long-term issues affecting quality of life, planning and development, municipal administration and management, natural and physical environments, rural and agricultural resources, economic development and technology, parks and recreation, community, and social services.

 


MHBC helps communities identify their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to work towards an achievable vision. We facilitate discussion amongst interest groups in the community to help build consensus and ensure solutions incorporate actual community needs, aspirations and vision.
