Trevor joined MHBC in 2017 and provides urban planning research and analysis for all aspects of the firms’ activities. Trevor has significant work experience in intensification and redevelopment projects in core areas, transitioning neighbourhoods and transit station areas. Trevor also has worked extensively in subdivision planning, commercial and employment area planning in both developed and greenfield areas. With over 15 years of experience, Trevor is well versed in all aspects of municipal planning both at the Regional and Area Municipal levels having worked for both the District of Muskoka and most recently, the City of Waterloo in multiple capacities, covering all aspects of municipal planning.
Trevor received his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry in 1998 from the University of Western Ontario and his Masters of Urban and Regional Planning from Queens University in 2003. Trevor is a full member of the Canadian Institute of Planners and is a Registered Professional Planner in Ontario.
