Kaitlin Webber joined MHBC in November 2021. She provides a range of planning consulting services to both public and private sector clients including conducting policy reviews and analyses, preparing due diligence and planning justification reports, and providing project co-ordination and management expertise. Kaitlin regularly assists with obtaining various development approvals including Plan of Subdivisions, Site Plans, Official Plan Amendments, Zoning By-law Amendments, Consents and Minor Variances. Kaitlin also provides planning consulting services for a utility organization, where she reviews and comments on planning applications, engages with stakeholders, and provides land-use planning advice to utility representatives.
Kaitlin is a graduate of the Master of Arts in Planning program at the University of Waterloo (2022). Her thesis research explored land-use change following the implementation of a light rail transit system in the Region of Waterloo. She also holds a Bachelor of Education from Queen’s University (2018) and a Bachelor of Arts from Trent University (2017) with a major in Geography and a minor in French Studies.
